Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all goods within 3 days. In the unlikely event this is not possible (perhaps because an item is out of stock) you will be notified of any delay by email. Occasionally an item may be discontinued or completely unavailable. We update our website regularly to add new stock and remove discontinued items, however If an item sells out immediately after you have placed an order and we are unable to secure a new supply then we are sorry but we are unable to provide you with this particular piece of jewellery and will contact you immediately to notify you of this.

We are often asked to deliver to a work address for convenience however our policy is to only post orders to the cardholders address. In this way if some-one steals your credit card, they cannot have goods sent to their address at your cost. We realize this may cause you a little inconvenience; however we are committed to providing a secure shopping service and feel that this policy is an important part of protecting you the cardholder.

Delivery to the UK is by first class Royal Mail, and delivery to Europe and the rest of the world is by airmail. We do not supply to addresses located in countries where there is no surface mail service or political and economic conditions indicate that your parcel is unlikely to arrive.

If your order occurs the day before public holidays, please allow a couple of days onto of the above estimates. If your order has not arrived within the anticipated delivery time, please contact us by email or use the contact form. (Details on the "contact" page). Please check with family members, housemates and neighbours before you do this, often packages have been delivered and put somewhere safe and the recipient forgets to tell you! If your postman regularly leaves items in your porch, garage, shed etc please also check these locations before you contact us.

We will initiate a trace with Royal Mail if your parcel has been sent by recorded signed-for delivery (this is done at our discretion normally for large orders). Please allow 20 working days for the trace to be completed. If your item has not been posted as signed-for delivery, please allow three weeks for any unforeseen delays in the postal system and make regular checks as suggested above. If the package can be located in transit it will be delivered, if it is deemed lost a replacement will be sent to you. Please note that for insurance reasons our responsibility for replacement ends once a recipient at your address has signed for your parcel.

If you are purchasing from the UK or the European Union, your delivery note will show VAT has been paid for you @ 15%. Countries outside the EU will not show this charge. Because we pay the VAT for you where applicable, it does not matter where you live in the world, the price displayed will be the one you pay, there are no hidden extras. All shipping costs include VAT at the current applicable rate, this is not refundable.

Please remember if you are ordering a large number of items that your home country will have import regulations and that you as the buyer will be responsible for any tax and duty levied by the import authorities in your country.
